Rachel Jellinek (she/her) is the President of Reflection Films, Inc., a WBENC-certified woman-owned video production company.  Prior to Reflection Films, Rachel worked at several nonprofits focused on public health and education. She has served as a health educator for youth and adults and as a director of a literacy program. Rachel holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MA from Harvard University. In her free time, she enjoys bird watching and playing the banjo.

Over 20 years of experience as a Controller and CFO on Demand and a founder of VS Strategic Accounting Solutions. I bring a unique combination of financial expertise, strategic thinking, accounting solutions and business acumen to everything I do. Throughout my career, I have partnered with startups and mid-sized organizations, leading accounting teams, optimizing operations, improving financial performance, financial reconciliations and audits, while leveraging technology and AI to drive efficiency and growth.

Beyond finance, for the last 10 years, I have been a dedicated Real Estate professional who believes that every transaction is more than about just buying or selling a property, it’s about people, life transitions, and new beginnings. I love helping buyers find the perfect place to call home, but I find particular fulfillment in guiding sellers as they part with homes filled with years of memories and treasured moments. I provide thoughtful guidance, personalized service, and a steady hand throughout each journey. My approach to every situation is with empathy, care, and a commitment to making the transition as seamless and stress-free as possible.

I have been with the Charles River Regional Chamber for over 20 years and have been serving a role as an Ambassador for many.  My passion is to meet new members and connect people for collaborative success!
