ABL's programs\, like ABL Ninja Fitness for kids\, build confidence and community through personalized coaching and a focus on effort over perfection.You'll also get an exclusive look at Elliott Physical Therapy's new state-of-the-art facility\, where their team will be hosting fun challenges and activities throughout the evening. Participate\, cheer on others\, and enjoy hands-on demonstrations all while supporting their neighbor\, the Charles River YMCA\, and helping raise funds for a great cause.
