Mónica is both an licensed Realtor®  and Architectural Designer with over 20 years uniquely positioned to deliver a complete real estate and design-build service for both buyers and sellers. Her extensive background spans architecture, construction, and teaching at architectural design, shaping her ability to help families truly understand the potential of their homes and how they can grow into them.

At A1RE, Mónica leads a multidisciplinary team that integrates real estate services, financial guidance, architectural design, and construction expertise.
