IMPACTO

Our goal with this Latino and Hispanic Professionals & Entrepreneurs Group (IMPACTO) is to foster collaboration and meaningful connections within the Chamber’s community. By bringing together members who share the Spanish language or Latino heritage, we aim to build a strong internal network that supports professional growth, relationship-building, and the sharing of strengths and resources so that our collective talents can benefit the entire Chamber community. Aligned with the Charles River Regional Chamber’s mission to champion our communities’ economic and cultural vitality through advocacy, education, and networking, our group seeks to expand these values by strengthening Latino and Hispanic representation and visibility within the Chamber community. Beyond internal connections, we also aim to serve as a bridge to other Latino/Hispanic groups, organizations, and business communities across the Greater Boston area. Mónica is an Architectural Designer with over 20 years of experience, and a licensed Realtor®, uniquely positioned to offer clients a fully integrated real estate and design-build service. Her background in architecture, construction, and design education allows her to help families understand the potential of their homes and how to grow into them.

At A1RE, she leads a multidisciplinary team that blends real estate expertise, financial guidance, architectural design, and construction. This integrated approach creates a seamless process—from identifying properties with potential, to reimagining and executing thoughtful design solutions that maximize long-term value.

Mónica is driven by a passion for how people live in their spaces, ensuring every project balances functionality, beauty, and future potential. Her leadership and results have earned her recognition in the William Raveis Presidential Club for excellence in both real estate and design-build work.
