What You’ll Do

• Represent buyers, sellers, renters, and developers in real estate transactions
• Generate and convert leads through networking, marketing, and outreach
• Advise clients with market insights and negotiate on their behalf
• Prepare and manage listing presentations, property tours, and open houses
• Utilize The Agency’s marketing, CRM, and tech tools to streamline your business
• Stay informed on local market trends and regulations

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Massachusetts real estate license (or actively pursuing one)

• Familiarity with Greater Boston neighborhoods is a plus
